BCG CLOSES ON THIRD PHILADELPHIA SELF-STORAGE SITE

We closed today on an adaptive reuse site in Philadelphia. Located at 840 Cottman Avenue, the former grocery store will be converted into a total of 104,800 SF of self-storage (including a new two-story facility to be built in the parking lot). We expect to begin construction in December, with an estimated completion date of December 2022.
